Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We've had enough requests and we're happy to share that we now ship all around the globe.

How long does shipping take?

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders should arrive between 5-10 business days.Raeya is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once delivered.

My order still hasn't arrived. Should I be worried?

Orders should arrive between 5-10 business days. Check the tracking information in your email. Shipping may be delayed around holidays. It’s the buyers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If the package is lost due to incorrect address provided by the buyer, no refund will be issued.

Can shipping fees be refunded?

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. If the mistake is on us, please reach out to hello@raeyafit.com we want to make it right.

Returns questions

Do you accept returns?

Yes! We are happy to accept returns that we receive within 30 days of the purchase date in original packing, unworn condition with tags still attached. Visit our Returns & exchanges page to learn how to process a return.

Do you offer exchanges?

Due to high demand and frequently changing product quantities, we cannot ensure or reserve products for exchanges. To change size or color, please place a new order and send your return back to our warehouse.
